Can any driveway be resurfaced, or does it need replacing?
It depends on the base. If the foundation under your asphalt is still solid, resurfacing is a great, lower-cost option. If the base has failed or there's deep structural cracking, an overlay won't hold, and we'll tell you honestly if replacement is the better call.
How much cheaper is resurfacing than a full replacement?
